Chef Frank Camorra and his team kick-started the trend for shared plates in Melbourne when they opened MoVida Original back in 2003. While the crew has now expanded from one little bar on a graffiti-covered lane, to a series of critically-acclaimed venues - including Aqui, Next Door, and Bar Tini - MoVida has always managed to maintain its unique Spanish sensibility.
